MBA (Master of Business Administration)
Duration: 2 years (Including project work)
Eligibility: Applicants who have finished a 3-year undergraduate degree in any field from an accredited university or those who have taken the exam but are waiting for their results (must meet the passing criteria) are eligible to apply. Furthermore, candidates must have a valid score in MAT/CAT/C-MAT/JEMAT.
General
The course of study leading to th PostGraduate Degree in Master of Business Administration (MBA) of MAKAUT is conducted by the approved institutions. MAKAUT lays down from time to time rules of admission, courses of study and the methods of examination etc. as may be deemed necessary for the maintenance of adequate standards of University education. Academic Calender: Academic calendar will follow the calendar of MAKAUT.

Eligibility criteria
Candidates having 3-year graduation in any discipline/ those Appeared but result not yet published (in such cases, conditions of passing criteria be fulfilled) from a recognized University and having valid MAT/CAT/C-MAT/JEMAT score may apply. Admission granted to the qualified candidates through GD and interview at Institute’s campus. Candidates have to obtain application forms and prospectus on payment of Rs. 500/- cash or Rs. 550/- by DD in favour of “Institute of Business Management & Research” payable at Kolkata.
Selection of candidates
Selection of Candidates will take place on the basis of the performance in CMAT(Conducted by AICTE) / MAT examination (Conducted by AIMA) or JEMAT examination (Conducted by Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology) and percentage of marks in Undergraduate, Post Graduate Degree examination.
Performance also be measured based on GD and Pl to be held at IBMR premises. GD/Pl dates will be announced later on.
Original testimonials are to be produced at the time of admission. Original MAT/JEMAT score card is to be submitted at the time of admission, keeping at least one photocopy with the candidate themselves. 3 passport size photos (one for exam department, one for identify card and the third for library card) are to be submitted at the time of admission.
Apart from MAKAUT students original migration certificate should be collected from the University where from the candidate has acquired the last degree and submit the original copy to the examination department within one month from the date of admission, keeping least one photocopy with the candidates themselves. The decision of admission committee relating to admission is final.
Last date of admission will be announced later on.

MBA 2 years – Rs. 4,25,000/-
MBA (Master of Business Administration)

MHA (Master in Hospital Administration)
Duration: 2 year degree programme offered by West Bengal University of Health Sciences.
Eligibility: To be eligible for admission to the MHA program, candidates with a graduate degree in Medicine (M.B.B.S/B.H.M.S/B.A.M.S/B.U.M.S), any other field (BA/B.Com/B.Sc/BDS/B.Sc Nursing, etc.), or from any recognized university may apply. Candidates who have appeared for their final year exams but are awaiting results (conditions apply) are also eligible. Applicants must qualify in the WBMAT conducted by WBUHS.
BBA (Bachelor in Business Administration)
Duration: 3 years, Six Semesters.
Eligibility: Indian citizens who have completed or are currently enrolled in (10+2) Higher Secondary Examination in the general or vocational stream from the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or an equivalent examination from a recognized University/Board, are eligible to apply. Applicants must also possess a valid scorecard from the CET entrance test.
